London, Kensington and Chelsea

  • Bespoke Interior Design

A spectacular example of elegance and sophistication.

We wanted to show first time buyers how to unlock potential out of their home.

Inspiration was drawn from local tourist spots.

The Challenge

Inko by Hatch were briefed to dress a one-bedroom show apartment, reflecting the luxurious surrounding areas of London’s Kensington and Chelsea. Our client wanted the space to have a charming and elegant feel, along with space to work from home. This apartment needed to show buyers how to unlock the most potential out of their home on a first-time buyer budget.

The Approach

For this project, we took inspiration from the luxurious local tourist spots such as Kensington Palace, Holland Park and The Memorial Fountain to name a few. We wanted to inject the elegance and sophistication into the apartment, whilst remaining attractive to the first-time buyer market.

A stylish, versatile living space with an exquisite feel.

The Outcome

To evoke an exquisite and luxurious feel, we created a bold entrance hallway, leading into a tranquil living and bedroom space. We introduced bespoke panelling, white marble and gold accents all of which have been drawn from Leighton House Museum for inspiration. These design features were complemented by stunning luxurious wallpapers to reflect the natural surroundings, as well as a clever but functional area to work from home within the living space.
